A higher VIP-Level @ Betmost causes a lower bonus @ PI?

Hello everyone,

A friend off mine does play a lot at Betmost but he decided to quit because when you reach a higher VIP-level at Betmost you get less bonus @ PI.

Can anyone tell me iff this is true and if yes; Is it better to stay at a lower VIP-Level at Betmost? I tried to find out by myself but could'nt find the right answer.
